You caught a vertical clip on TikTok, the cut came at the cruelest possible moment, and the title flashed by too fast to read. Before you go looking for it, here is what you were watching and where it lives.
What is Candy Shorts, exactly?
Candy Shorts is a shelf of scripted series inside Candy.ai, the AI chat and character platform. A title is written in advance with a setup, a turn and an ending. Episodes run about a minute or two, and the video is generated with AI. Picture a soap opera or a telenovela cut into installments shorter than a commercial break. The tone sits closer to a late-night cable drama than to a sketch show: stepfamilies, office flings, hotel encounters. The episodes I watched ended on a hook.
Candy AI series are organized into four sections: All, Candy characters, Candy Creators and Other characters. Tag filters such as Stepsister, Stepmom, Wife, Taboo, Teacher, Maid and Fantasy cut across them. Two badges do most of the signaling: New Episodes and Spicy Series. Watching does not require a chat and does not touch your chat history, which makes these Candy AI stories something you watch, not something you steer.
Is Candy Shorts real, and who is on screen?
The product is real: a working catalog you can open today. The cast is not. The video is made with AI from start to finish and no performer stood in front of a camera, so the characters are fictional adults. If you came looking for Candy Shorts actresses in the camera sense, there are none. That also answers whether Candy Shorts is all AI: the video is, and the scripts are set ahead of time.
Outside the creator series, the cast is made of house characters, such as Harriet Seagrave or Colette Ramsey, whose chat profiles the player links at the end of an episode. The Candy Creators section is the wrinkle. On October 19, 2026 it held 19 series that carry a real creator's name: Riley Reid with seven, Mia Malkova with four, Lexi Luna with three, Bonnie Blue and Asa Akira with two each, and Sophie Dee with one.
Each of those is a licensed digital twin, built with the creator's consent, and the name on the poster belongs to someone who is not acting in the story. Our creators hub explains the idea, and the pages for Riley Reid and Mia Malkova list their series.
Vertical, short and built for cliffhangers
Candy Shorts is vertical by design. The player uses a 9:16 frame, which takes most of a phone screen held upright and shows as a portrait window on a desktop. Episodes are short: in the 286 free episodes I timed, the last line arrived before the two-minute mark, and in a typical episode it came at about a minute. A pair of them takes about as long as a commercial break.
Most series are short too. On October 19, 147 of the 164 had five episodes, a miniseries that runs shorter than one sitcom episode. The marathon is My Bestie Betrayed Me at 34 episodes, followed by YES MA'AM at 30 and a trio at 15: Mona's Worst Enemy, Caught Between Sisters and Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right. New series and new episodes arrive on no fixed calendar, so the count rose from 159 to 164 in three days.
On October 19, 2026, the player offered subtitles in six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. When an episode wraps, the player can offer a chat with its lead, and Harriet Seagrave from Under the Boss is one of those linked profiles. The format is built around that moment: the story stops, and the next step is another episode or a conversation.
Where do you watch Candy Shorts?
Where to watch Candy Shorts has a one-line answer: on Candy.ai, in the Candy Shorts section, from a browser. You need an account and an age check where you confirm you are over 18. Then episodes 1 and 2 of the regular series play free, which covered 150 of the 164 series on October 19, 2026, with Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right opening a third. After that, episodes cost tokens, and the Spicy series sit behind Premium from the first episode. The free episodes guide and the pricing guide split those two questions.
The Candy Shorts app is a shortcut, not a download. The plans page offers a Get App button. The usual steps apply: on iPhone, Share and then Add to Home Screen; on Android, the browser menu and then Add to Home Screen. Series pages carried no download link on September 24, 2026, and the player disables right-click and picture-in-picture. A file sold as the Candy AI Shorts app download is not the official app. Our guide to leaks and fake downloads covers the ones that claim to be.
If your first contact was a clip on TikTok or Instagram, treat it as a trailer. The episodes play on Candy.ai, and the official accounts on both platforms use the handle trycandyai. If you saw full episodes on Dailymotion or YouTube, that is a separate story, told in our guide to full episodes on Dailymotion and YouTube.
What is the name of the series from that teaser?
Start with what you remember. The title sits on the poster and on the card, so a second look at the clip's last frame can be enough. If it is not, narrow the library by setup: a stepsister, a mother-in-law, a boss, a queen. The sections and tag filters cut a large catalog down fast, and our series hub lists the titles we review, each with its heat score. A few to test your memory against: My Step-Sister's Dormitory, a college weekend; YES MA'AM, an army base; and Room 742, a hotel room.
The fine print
Three limits are worth knowing. First, the free window is two episodes, so a long series asks you to decide fast. Second, a good part of the catalog is adult, and how far a series goes varies from one title to the next. The five heat levels, from Flirty to Scorching, are laid out in the guide that asks is Candy Shorts porn. Third, the counts on this page are a snapshot: the library moves, which is why I date them. For the company behind the platform, how payments appear and what the age rules say, the legitimacy guide has the details.
So, should you press play?
If you like soaps, telenovelas and hotel thrillers cut into one-minute installments, yes, and the free pair is your audition. Judge the format on those two episodes before you spend a token. Skip it if you want real actors, long scenes or a plot that resolves quickly: a five-episode run ends on a hook, and the payoff costs more episodes. Whatever you pick, check the heat score first.
