Terms of Use for Candy AI Shorts Guide

These terms apply to your use of candy-shorts-nsfw.org, the site called Candy AI Shorts Guide. They were last revised on October 19, 2026. By using the site you accept them, and if you do not accept them, close the page.

Adults only

The site reviews an adult streaming service and is for adults. You must be 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age, to use it. Confirming the 18+ screen means you meet that condition. If you do not, you may not use the site.

What the site offers

The pages are editorial reviews and guides. They give information and opinion, and heat scores and verdicts are the editor's judgment. They are not advice of any kind, and they do not replace the terms, prices and rules that Candy.ai publishes for its own service. The site is independent of Candy.ai and EverAI Limited, as the disclaimer explains.

Using the text and images

You may read the site, share a link to it and quote a short passage with credit and a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages, republish the reviews as your own work, or use scripts to collect the site in bulk. The text and layout belong to the site. Posters, series titles and character names stay with their owners. The site shows them to identify a series and review it, and claims no right in them. This guide does not host episodes, so there is no file here to download or redistribute.

Links and affiliate relationships

The site links to official Candy.ai pages, and those links are affiliate links, as the about page and the disclaimer state. Anything you do on Candy.ai, including buying a plan, happens under its terms and with its company, and not with this site. Check the price and the renewal rules on candy.ai before you pay.

No warranty

Facts are dated and checked when written, yet Candy.ai changes its catalog, prices and rules on its own schedule. The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate, but I cannot promise that a page is complete or current on the day you read it.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and its editor are not responsible for losses that come from relying on a page, from a purchase you make on another site or from an outage here. These terms do not remove the rights that consumer law gives you where you live.

Copyright and removal requests

Rights holders who want material taken down should follow the steps on the DMCA page. The privacy side, including what the 18+ screen stores, sits in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact

I can revise these terms and will change the date at the top when I do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Questions about the terms are welcome at the contact address shown in the footer.
